Attendance and Punctuality
We publish our attendance in the Newsletter every week. Here you can compare our attendance against last year.

Where data is not yet available for 2018/19, our expected achievement is shown instead as 97.1%.
Report an Absence
If your child is ill, or will not be in school, you need to let us know. Please fill in the Report Absence form or phone the school office.
If we don’t hear from you, we will contact you to find out why your child is not in school.
We monitor late arrivals and late collections. Each half–term, we arrange attendance panels with families, to identify and address children who are late arriving or leaving school.
Classroom doors open at 8.45am and close at 8.55am. If your child arrives after this, they’ll need to enter school via the office.
At the end of the day, you need to collect your child from class. If your child is not collected, they’ll be taken to the office for handover, and late collection will be recorded.
We constantly review attendance and punctuality.
If your child has achieved 100% attendance and has no more than one late arrival in a half–term, they’ll receive a certificate and will be entered into a prize draw.
We publish attendance and punctuality each week in the Newsletter.
Planned Absence in Term Time
If you are planning an absence during term time, you must make a request in advance via the school office. Absence will only be authorised in exceptional circumstances.
