We have safeguarding procedures in place to ensure that our children are only collected from school by someone the parent knows and trusts; this might be another relative, a friend, or the parent of another child in school.
If a person arrives at school to collect a child, we will not let them leave unless they are on the child’s list of ‘contacts’ (which is supplied to us by the parent).

When we receive the completed form, we will contact you via ParentPay to make sure that the details are correct and that you have authority to provide them.
